Booking Policy
Transparent reservation and cancellation guidelines to ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests.
1. Reservation & Payment
All safari bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.
Prices are quoted in USD or LKR and are inclusive of Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) entrance permits, service taxes, and government levies unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund schedule applies based on the notice period provided:
30+ Days
100% Refund
(Less transaction fees)
15-30 Days
50% Refund
< 15 Days
No Refund
3. Operator Cancellations
Yala Wild Leopard reserves the right to cancel or postpone a safari due to:
- DWC-mandated park closures.
- Extreme weather conditions or floods that compromise safety.
- Events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
In such cases, guests will be offered a 100% refund or the option to reschedule for another suitable date.
4. No-Shows
Missing the scheduled pickup time by more than 15 minutes without prior notice may result in the booking being classified as a "No-Show." No-shows are ineligible for refunds or rescheduling.
