How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (June-September). However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and cash payments. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before the safari.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before your safari. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the safari.
When is the best time to visit?
February to July offers the best wildlife viewing with dry weather and active animals. However, Yala is open year-round except during September for maintenance.
